Chaffey College Wedding - Chino Wedding Photographer - Alonzo + Jessica

This wedding is a special one for me because the bride, Jessica, and I have been friends since we were 5 years old!  We played on the same softball team and ended up going to the same school together from Kindergarten-8th grade.  Our recesses and lunch were filled with playing basketball with our group of friends and I’ll never forget those days!  Jessica ended up going through the LAPD Academy and that is where she met Alonzo.  They were classmates in the Academy and gained more than just careers!  They were together for a little over 3 1/2 years and then Alonzo proposed to Jessica in December at the Mission Inn on a balcony overlooking all of the Christmas lights!  Okay, how romantic does that sound?!!

They chose to get married at the Chaffey College Community Center in Chino.  Shoutout to the wonderful ladies there (Rita & Alyssa!) they are amazing to work with!  Jessica’s parents live right down the street so her and all the girls got ready there while Alonzo and the guys got ready at a nearby hotel.  They decided to wait and see each other for the first time during the ceremony and you can tell by the smile on Alonzo’s face that he was ecstatic to see Jessica walking down the aisle towards him.  It was such a sweet ceremony and as they had their first kiss and walked back down the aisle, the Mariachi band started playing!  The Mariachi group was so talented and they played music during the cocktail, their first dance as well as during dinner.  It was such a fun wedding and it was so special getting to see one of my long time friends become a wife!!  Congrats again Alonzo & Jess! <3
