High School Sweetheart Wedding - Chino Hills Community Center - Aaron + Renee

So much to say about this wedding but I’ll try to keep it on the shorter side.  I’ve known Aaron and Renee since high school when they started dating.  I always say how high school sweethearts hold a special place in my heart because my husband and I are high school sweetheart too but it’s even more special when i’ve known them since the beginning! They have such a one of a kind love story and there was so much happiness and emotion on their wedding day because they finallyyyyy became husband and wife after all this time!    They got married at the Chino Hills Community Center in Chino Hills which was incredible because I live right down the street!  Close weddings without long commutes are always nice!

I have three favorite moments from this wedding…. #1 was Aaron’s reaction to Renee walking down the aisle!  *cue a massive amount of tears!*  I was crying, the bridal party was crying, the guests were crying.. there were tears everywhere!

#2 was Renee’s epic rap!  Renee, being super awesome and creative, wrote and performed a rap for Aaron in front of all their guests during the reception.  It was a total surprise to everyone and she nailed it!

#3 was Renee’s dance with her dad!  They choreographed a dance and completely surprised the entire room, especially her mom (check out the photo of her reaction!).  Renee told me her dad doesn’t dance so this was going to be a shock to everyone and they did such an amazing job!  They included songs like Thriller and Bye, Bye, Bye.

This was one of my favorite weddings of 2018 for so many reasons.  Obviously knowing Aaron and Renee for as long as I have was awesome but just to see the amount of love between the two of them and their families was SO sweet.  I adore both of their families and had such a great time getting to know them and sharing the day with them.  Aaron and Renee I love you guys and I’m so happy I was able to see you two tie the knot!
