San Clemente is a beautiful place all on it’s own but when you combine it’s beauty with a gorgeous couple you get Andrew & Rita’s San Clemente Engagement Session!
I am a firm believer that to make a marriage or even a relationship successful, you must be able to laugh and have fun with your significant other. And clearly that is something that Andrew and Rita have down without a doubt. I first met Rita during our consultation at Panera Bread and we instantly hit it off. She has one of those sweet personalities that just get along with absolutely everyone so I knew she was going to be such a fun bride! Andrew serves as a Marine in the USMC and wasn’t able to make it to our consultation but I learned a lot about him from just talking with Rita. When it came time to discuss the details for their engagement session, they knew they wanted to incorporate San Clemente. This was somewhere near and dear to their hearts because Andrew used to live down there and it’s also where they had their first date and many dates after that.
We started in the darling downtown part of San Clemente and walked along the streets to find some neat little places to photograph. After walking around for a bit and an outfit change, we headed down the beach where we spent the rest of our session as the sun was setting. When I was going through their pictures to choose which ones to blog, I couldn’t help but laugh a few times. We captured so many fun shots of them laughing with one another and having fun together. It truly is refreshing to see how much love they have for one another and how much they love to be around each other. Their wedding is coming up in September and the ceremony will take place at St. Timothy Catholic Church and their reception will be at Serra Plaza in San Juan Capistrano. I can’t wait to photograph their wedding because if it’s anything like their engagement session it’s going to be a very fun and beautiful day!
